Caravans are stored within their own bespoke compound on a solid, level, well drained pad with no overhanging trees or vegetation.

Services

We offer yearly contracts priced at £648 per year (12 months)
This is a yearly non refundable storage contract.

Long-term Storage

We occasionally have the availability to offer short term temporary storage, this however is subject to availability and is priced independently from our yearly contracts.

Short-term Storage

Specialised winter storage package to drop and leave your caravan from the 1st Nov - 1st March, this is a none access package where the vehicles can not be removed during the storage period.

Winter Storage

Optional collection and delivery service available. We'll pick up and drop off your vehicle at your convenience.

We're conveniently located on the A168 between Harrogate and Boroughbridge, just 5 minutes from the A1.

From the A1 North (Junction 48 - Boroughbridge): Take the A168 south towards Harrogate. We are located on the A168 approximately 2 miles from Junction 48.

 

From the A1 South (Junction 47 - Harrogate): Take the A168 north towards Boroughbridge. We are located on the A168 approximately 3 miles from Junction 47.

Office Hours: 10am – 3pm Monday to Thursday.

Main Yard Gates (1st April – 31st October):

Terms & Conditions

Liability & Insurance

  • The Caravan, Motorhome, Folding Camper, tent trailer or other item is NOT the property of HC&MS Ltd and as such the responsibility for the unit remains with the legal owner.

  • HC&MS Ltd will do its utmost to protect the unit in storage but cannot accept any blame or liability for loss or damage incurred whilst the unit is left in storage, including but not limited to damage incurred by vermin infestation or adverse weather conditions.

  • The unit and all contents are left at the owner's risk. We therefore advise that all valuables are removed, and windows and doors are securely locked.

  • The owner agrees to take full responsibility for insuring the unit against loss or damage by fire, storm, theft, flood and third-party liability whilst the unit resides in storage.

  • We do not permit the removal of any units from storage by anyone other than the owner except on the prior written authority of the owner.


Storage Requirements

  • Caravans must be returned to their allocated pitch.

  • All units must be in good and safe working order whilst in storage. We reserve the right to refuse the storage of the unit should this not be met.
     

NO MAINTENANCE OR EXTERIOR CLEANING WITHIN THE STORAGE COMPOUND.

Payment Terms

  • Your account must remain in credit at all times.

  • Payment is accepted by bank transfer, direct debit, or cash.

  • Payment of any outstanding storage fees must have cleared before the unit is removed from site.

  • Storage is on an annual basis - Renewal or notice is required one full calendar month in advance of your storage start date.


Important Policies

  • ALL DOGS TO BE INSIDE VEHICLES AT ALL TIMES – dogs are not to be walked around the facility.

  • ​STORAGE IS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS – Renewal or notice is required one full calendar month in advance of your storage start date.


​​ONCE A STORAGE AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO IT IS A BINDING CONTRACT – WE DO NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY.

Reservations
If a year's storage is taken (and paid for) we will reserve a pitch for up to 6 weeks from the payment clearing into the bank.
The year's storage commencing when the van arrives on site or the 6 weeks expires – whichever is the sooner.

The Management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
